Security is our top priority for all of our users, so in order to protect our members and ensure that valid tickets are provided, we have restructured our payout policy. Most users will not notice the new payout structure, but we wanted to let you know how things have changed.

NEW FEATURE: ACTIVE TRANSACTION CREDIT LIMIT (ATCL)

Every user gets an Active Transaction Credit Limit (ATCL) based upon their trusted history on the site. Your ATCL will determine when you will be paid.

All users start with an ATCL of $0 until they add a valid credit card on file. If you have an ATCL of $0, all of your sales will be paid out 3 days after the event. The payout is automatically processed as long as there are no issues reported with the tickets.

Once you have a valid card on file your ATCL will automatically be increased as follows:

  • 6 months of a valid card on file + 3 or more successful sales = $1,000 ATCL
  • 12 months of a valid card on file + 10 or more successful sales = $2,000 ATCL

As you sell tickets, you will be paid out prior to the event. If your payouts exceed your ATCL, you will be paid out three days after the event until enough balance becomes available.

CashorTrade is still the only platform that pays out before the event.

When we pay sellers out before the event occurs, we are essentially giving out a loan. We will still payout before the event, but this limit will help ensure valid tickets are being delivered and help ensure a safe platform.

Buyers: Your money has always been protected, but now we are going the extra mile to ensure you get into the show. Giving new sellers a payout threshold helps guarantee the sale of valid tickets and ensures that you will get into the event.

Sellers: We are still giving you loans for the tickets you sell, but now all sellers will be given an ATCL which is determined by your trusted history on the site. You will still be paid out before the event as long as your payouts do not exceed your ATCL.

We have loaded up our Knowledge Base with more information regarding the new payout structure & you can view your specific Active Transaction Credit Limit under your account settings.
